Marge Patzer Muffy Ratto Cheryl Patzer Juli Weaver		Juli Weaver RN MSN, RNC-OB, C-EFM I am a registered nurse in the State of California and I have over 25 years experience in acute care obstetrical nursing including antepartum testing, labor and delivery, postpartum and newborn nursery care. I am currently a clinical nurse educator in a maternal child department that averages over 200 deliveries per month. I oversee the clinical and educational needs of over 100 staff members. I have participated in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the department. I work with students in the obstetrical clinical setting for San Joaquin Delta College. I have over ten years of experience teaching fetal monitoring classes. I also teach Antepartum Testing, Obstetrical Complications and Legal Implications, and Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring. In addition, I am an owner and president of Professional Health Consulting Services, Inc. which provides consulting services to multiple levels of health care facilities, residential care facilities and senior living campuses. Services include assistance with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, director of nursing orientation/mentoring, teaching, special projects and legal nurse consultant / expert witness. I have provided legal nurse consulting and expert witness services to multiple attorneys during the past 10 years in the State of California, Arizona and Florida. In addition, I have been involved in re-auditing services for the California Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Outcome Reporting Program(CCORP) through Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) for several years and have been the team leader for this project for the past 3 years. Other projects include Title 22 Mock Surveys for Acute Care Hospitals; Mock Survey for Skilled Nursing Facilities; and Evaluation of Medical Staff Services for Ambulatory Care for California Department of Veterans Affairs at Yountville. I received my BSN from California State University, Fresno and a Masters degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
